what is broken

submitted by Kevin Johnson who wrote this about it:
I saw this pile of old wires and scraps in a train yard. It was so battered I could hardly tell what it was before - but I knew there was something about its current state that was captivating. A state of being broken and ready, at any moment, to be rebuilt, re-purposed, appreciated. Clarity through deconstruction. Wires reaching out like veins and branches, trying so hard to keep itself together. A marvel in a wasteland.
