I was walking under a bridge on my college campus that is covered in graffiti. I originally went there to photograph some close ups of the graffiti, but then I noticed something that seemed to highly contrast with it. I looked up and saw a line of geese, floating peacefully, heading for the bridge. I watched them go under it, taking pictures of them. It seemed so strange watching these beautiful creatures in nature going under this bridge, which was defaced and built by humans. Somehow, the creatures in nature continue living despite the presence and damage of humans. It just really struck me as two totally contrasting subjects. I felt somehow guilty just for being a human, one who has had just a very small part of living on the land that humans have re-designed with roads and buildings that we have taken from nature.
